Mexico- Cimarron Tequila from Atotonilco, Jalisco is distilled from hillside agave grown at 4,620 feet elevation. A low pressure, slow roast agave creates Cimarron's bright, forward flavor, and fermentation is entirely natural using winemakers' yeast.
