Refund Policy

At Louie’s Liquor, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of alcoholic beverages and applicable laws, refunds are subject to the following conditions.

Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

• Incorrect items received

• Damaged products during shipment

• Missing items from an order

• Orders canceled before shipment

Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

• Opened or partially consumed products

• Orders refused at delivery

• Failed delivery attempts due to the absence of an adult (21+)

• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

• Products delayed by carrier issues outside our control

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Returns Policy

Due to alcohol regulations and food safety standards, Louie’s Liquor generally does not accept returns on alcoholic beverages.

Return Eligibility

Returns may be accepted only in the following cases:

• Incorrect products shipped

• Products damaged during transit

• Defective or compromised products

All return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Authorization

Do not send products back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.

Condition of Returned Items

Approved returns must:

• Remain unopened and unused unless damaged or defective

• Include original packaging when possible

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error or a damaged shipment, Louie’s Liquor may provide return instructions or cover return shipping costs when applicable.
