Mexico – High-proof blanco tequila bottled at 98 proof (49% ABV), crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave in the Highlands. Produced at the Vivanco Family distillery (NOM 1414) by Master Distiller Sergio Cruz, it is additive-free and made using traditional methods including brick-oven cooking, roller mill extraction, open-air fermentation with Champagne yeast, and double distillation in copper pot stills. Bold and vibrant, the elevated proof intensifies the natural agave character, delivering a concentrated and dynamic flavor profile.
